En 2009-2010 Radical_Hope \u00e9tait le titre du projet de recherche de Heike Langsdorf \u00e0 A-pass (advanced performing arts studies<\/em>). Entretemps, il s’est affirm\u00e9 comme une \u00ab figure de travail \u00bb englobant ses diff\u00e9rentes pratiques : \u00ab comment puis-je quitter la ‘vie’ qui m’entoure et, ‘l\u00e0’, sacrifier, au lieu d’imposer, mon esth\u00e9tique ? \u00bb Le sacrifice r\u00e9side dans le fait qu’il n’y a pas de conception pr\u00e9alable du genre de t\u00e2che artistique qui sera remplie, ni de ce que l’\u0153uvre pourrait signifier du point de vue de la carri\u00e8re artistique ou du discours produit jusque l\u00e0. Il y va de la volont\u00e9 et l’intention de toucher et d\u00e9fier un contexte depuis un point de vue artistique, sans diminuer sa complexit\u00e9 naturelle. L’environnement dans lequel l’\u0153uvre va prendre place est embrass\u00e9 tel qu’il est, et est le moins possible manipul\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L’Allemande Heike Langsdorf est une artiste de performance et danseuse install\u00e9e \u00e0 Bruxelles. Elle a travaill\u00e9 avec, entre autres, Kris Verdonck, Jan Fabre et Alexander Baervoets. Elle est membre du collectif C&H. Depuis 2010, elle produit ses \u0153uvres sous le d\u00e9nominateur de radical_hope. Elle enseigne \u00e9galement au KASK \u00e0 Gand.<\/p>\n
